The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of problems related to the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings in the form of a temporary restriction on the use of special law. The state of scientific development of the main problems related to the application of measures for ensuring criminal proceedings in the form of a temporary restriction in the use of special law is researched. A modern conception of application of measures for ensuring criminal proceedings, including a temporary restriction on the use of special law, is described. The legal and organizational bases of application of measures of providing of criminal proceedings in the form of a temporary restriction in the use of special law are investigated. The grounded analysis of separate measures for ensuring criminal proceedings in the form of a temporary restriction on the use of special law is made and conclusions are made as to the appropriateness of making amendments and additions to the criminal procedural and criminal legislation of Ukraine.
