Ishenko I. Administrative and legal principles of implementing juvenile prevention by the units of the National police of Ukraine

The work is devoted to the comprehensive study of the issues of administrative and legal regulation of juvenile prevention by units of the National Police of Ukraine. For the first time, it is proposed to consider juvenile prevention as a new paradigm of the complex activity of authorized actors, which were previously separate directions of the juvenile policy of the state (prevention of juvenile delinquency, protection of interests and rights of children, prevention of child neglect, ill-treatment of a child, etc.). It has been established that juvenile prevention (in the broadest sense) is a complex system of social, economic, educational, psychological and legal measures of the influence of a certain range of authorized entities (public administration bodies) on society, the family, certain individuals and legal entities from the aim of eliminating the factors that determine the deviant behavior of children in any of its negative manifestations.
