The dissertation is focused on the improvement of legal regulation of disciplinary liability of state enforcement officers. The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the essence and specific features of legal regulation of disciplinary liability of state enforcement officers, as well as to outline the relevant propositions and recommendations for their improvement. The concept and features of disciplinary liability of state enforcement officers have been determined. The author has provided characteristics of the types of disciplinary sanctions that can be applied to state enforcement officers. The content of legal principles of disciplinary liability of state enforcement officers has been revealed and the place of labor law norms among them has been determined.
