Mihok S. Specific Features of Legal Regulation of Employees’ Official Evaluation in Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has revealed specific features of legal regulation of employees’ official evaluation under the legislation of Ukraine. It has been noted that an employee’s official evaluation is a component of the subject matter of labor law starting from the time of its occurrence. Analysis of international and European standards for assessing the professional level of employees indicates that this phenomenon is considered as the way to stimulate the professional development of employees in the conditions of continuity of education in the process of labor activity. Theoretical and practical problems of general and special legislation concerning the organization and conduction of employees’ official evaluation have been distinguished. Legal consequences of employees’ official evaluation have been analyzed in this work.
