Bahlaienko S. Specific Features of Legal Regulation of Internal Investigations within the National Police of Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine specific features of legal regulation of conducting internal investigations within the National Police of Ukraine, as well as to work out appropriate propositions and recommendations for its improvement. The essence and significance of conducting internal investigations within the National Police of Ukraine have been determined. The principles of legal regulation of internal investigations within the National Police of Ukraine have been outlined. The author has clarified the correlation of the norms of labor and administrative law in the legal regulation of internal investigations within the National Police of Ukraine. The grounds for conducting internal investigations within the National Police of Ukraine have been determined. Characteristics of the procedure for conducting internal investigations within police agencies have been provided; and its stages have been determined.
