Demkiv D. Administrative-legal provision of the interaction of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office with other law enforcement agencies

The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive researches of administrative and legal provision of the interaction of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office with other law enforcement agencies. As a result of the research, a number of conceptual conclusions were made, a number of new, important scientific provisions that could be used to improve the modern concept of interaction of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office with other law enforcement agencies were put forward and substantiated. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office was formed due to the need to ensure the functioning of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and was considered as a way to strengthen the state's efforts in the fight against corruption. However, the failure to consider the need for Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office in the original texts of the anti-corruption legislation of the 2014 model, the rapid and practically unclear its formation in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the introduction of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office as a specialized prosecutor's office, which was abandoned with its reform in the same year, negatively affected the systematic approach to simultaneously anti-corruption reform and reform of the prosecutor's office.
