The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive studies of the administrative and legal foundations for organizing and implementing the interaction of law enforcement with public institutions. The result of the study is a set of scientific generalizations, conclusions, a number of new scientific provisions important for the modern theory of administrative law. In particular, the paper reveals the main doctrinal approaches to the formation and existence of the theory of interaction and its use in the law-enforcement sphere; Critical analysis of the problem of determining the subject structure of the participants in the interaction in the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates law-enforcement activity; the author's vision of the concept of interaction of law enforcement bodies with public institutions is given; The theoretical and legal characteristics of the administrative and legal support for the organization of the interaction of law enforcement bodies are carried out; the purposes and forms of interaction of law enforcement bodies with public institutions are determined; the main aspects of the legal support of the use of information technologies in the organization of inter-judicial interaction of law enforcement bodies are revealed; the category of image of law enforcement bodies as a basis of joint activity with civil society institutions was considered; The principles and directions of international cooperation of law enforcement bodies are described.
