The work deals with a scientific-technical task of creation and investigation of information technologies of development and checking of internal thermal-protective coating for solid rocket motor cases.The information technologies are proposed for selection and investigation of special home-produced modern materials for solid rocket motor case internal thermal-protective coating. The technology was developed for creation of internal thermal-protective coating which allowed compensating for thermal expansions of materials during manufacturing of solid rocket motor case and upgrading the manufacturing technology of internal thermal-protective coating of bottoms. The information technologies are presented for investigation and selection of the material, which ensures high adhesive power of internal thermal-protective coating with rocket motor case load-bearing shell. A visual-analytical method is formulated for nondestructive check of the state of developed thermal-protective coatings by way of reviewing and statistical analysis of digital images measurements.
