Nebozhenko T. Socio-economic principles of development of organizational-legal forms of entrepreneurial activity in agriculture

Object of research: the process of development of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurial activity. Purpose: scientific substantiation of socio-economic principles of the development of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurial activity in agriculture. Methods: dialectical, systematic, formal-logical, content analysis, economic-comparative, economic and regression analysis, structural-functional, strategic planning and economic modeling. Novelty: for the first time, the organizational and economic mechanism of the development of agricultural entrepreneurship in Ukraine was substantiated; the scientific provisions on the criteria for selecting the organizational and legal form of agricultural entrepreneurship, the classification of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises, methodical principles of the development of organizational and legal forms of agribusiness, methodical approaches to the analysis of macroeconomic factors of the development of organizational-legal forms of agribusiness in Ukraine, scientific provisions on elimination of obstacles in development of agricultural entrepreneurship in various organizational and legal forms for the components of human, infrastructure and political-legal potential were improved. Field of application: in the research work of the Research Institute of Lviv University of Business and Law in the study of problems of the development of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurial activity and the development of recommendations for the management of agricultural enterprises, in the activities of the Eastern European Development Agency n. o., Ukrainian-Slovak Cooperation Center, in the educational process of the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after S.Z.Gzhytsky, Lviv University of Business and Law at the teaching of economic educational disciplines "Macroeconomics", "Marketing", "Microeconomics" , "Economics of Labor and Social-Labor Relations".
