The dissertation is devoted to the study of financial-legal regulation of state registration of business entities in Ukraine. The general theoretical characteristic of state registration of business entities in Ukraine as a direction of financial activity of the state is carried out. The concepts, essence and functions of state registration of business entities in the financial activity of the state are determined, the principles of state registration of business entities are analyzed, as well as systematized subjects of the process of state registration of business entities, the components of their legal personality are determined.
