Drpzd A. Ensuring Inviolability of the Property Right within Criminal Proceedings

The mechanism of ensuring the inviolability of property rights in criminal proceedings has been thoroughly researched in the paper. The historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of the inviolability of property rights in the criminal procedure has been studied. The concept and content of the inviolability of property rights as the principles of criminal proceedings have been researched. The author has suggested to understand the inviolability of property rights in criminal proceedings as the inadmissibility of unlawful and illegal interference, restriction or deprivation a person of the right to freely own, use and dispose of property. International experience of legal regulation of the inviolability of property rights in the criminal procedure has been analyzed.
