Rozghon O. Administrative and legal regulation of small privatization in Ukraine

The dissertation reveals the importance of administrative and legal regulation of small-scale privatization relations in Ukraine due to its popularity in society and its effectiveness, which is confirmed by the national history of privatization. It is noted that there is no normative definition of the concept of «small privatization» as at the present stage of the development of privatization legislation, as in the past. The first domestic legal sources of the term «small privatization» were identified. The positions of modern lawyers of scholars and practitioners about the features of small privatization are analyzed, the key ones are distinguished from them. It is proposed to change the concept of the content of small privatization, expanding it from alienation to relations.
