The main scientific result of the thesis is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific-practical recommendations on state regulation of the national economy security. In the dissertation the author proposes an organizational approach to the state regulation of ensuring the national economy security based on the threat -structuring to the security of the national economy, the assessment of the level of security and the determination of state regulation problems with ensuring the security of the national economy, which includes the stages of diagnostics, programming, choice of tools, monitoring and managerial decision preparation. The theoretical approach to the scenario choice for ensuring the security of the national economy is presented, which includes the following: structuring threats to the national economy security, building a cognitive map of problems and factors research; the cognitive model and the modeling of national economy security scenarios construction, which makes it possible to increase the adequacy of the conclusions of the investigated process analysis and the definition of the directions of state regulation. The methodological approach to the integrated national security assessment that combines national and regional levels of security includes the following components: social, demographic, investment, macroeconomic, production, foreign economic, criminal, budgetary, labor, and involves the use of correlation analysis, taxonomy and scaling method. The state regulation process of ensuring the national economy security is arranged, which includes: the formation of a system for ensuring the national economy security; diagnosing the state regulation issues of ensuring the national economy security; assessment of the security level of the national economy; cognitive modeling of national economy security; definition of the priority scenario and directions of state regulation of ensuring the security ; development and implementation of state regulation tools for ensuring the national economy security; monitoring of the effectiveness of state regulation of ensuring the security. The essence of the concept “national economy security" and the classification of threats to the economic security of the country are specified.
