The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the legal regulation of the working time regime in Ukraine. In this paper the essence and features of the working time regime are explained. The features of the types of working time regime are characterized. The specifics of the five-day and six-day working weeks have been investigated. The value of summed accounting of working time is analyzed. The features of the abnormal working day and the interrupted working time are singled out. The content of flexible work schedule and shift method of work organization is revealed.
