The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of the protection of work of creative workers. The article clarifies the essence and signs of the protection of work of creative workers. Characterized by the legal regulation of labor protection of creative workers. The purpose, tasks and functions of legal regulation of labor protection of creative workers are researched. The content of the principles of legal regulation of labor protection of creative workers is analyzed. The problems of the current state of the legal regulation of the protection of work of creative workers are highlighted and proposals for their solution are given. A positive foreign experience of legal regulation of the protection of work of creative workers is found out, directions of its borrowing in Ukraine are outlined.
