Essay

The thesis has solved an important scientific and technical task related to the development of scientific bases for the computing resources organizing for service nodes and flows between them in a hybrid environment, which consists of hardware and virtual entities, in order to increase the utilization of computational resources due to elasticity of network functions, which allows guaranteeing the permissible time for signaling traffic servicing and controlling the costs of computing resources in conditions of growth in traffic volume and number of services. The analytical approach to the task of the allocation of virtual network functions and the reservation of the computational resources necessary for their proper work is proposed, the task of managing the computer resources of the network functions during the day is solved by determining the time intervals of the constant configuration of the network functions resources and adjusting them in accordance with the current load forecast, a virtualized network with failure on underlying physical node or overload recovery task is considered by means of migration performed by decentralized management nodes.
