Oliinyk Y. Economic and organizational support for the formation of a public-private partnership in the innovation and investment sphere

The essence of the definition of “public-private partnership in the innovation and investment sphere” is theoretically grounded, its links with the conceptual apparatus of the research are determined. A theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of a public-private partnership in the innovation and investment sphere has been developed. The innovation-investment activity of business entities of various ownership forms in the national economy of Ukraine is analyzed, also the investment climate is diagnosed. The scientific-practical approach to the key factors determination influencing the investment cycle of producing innovation across three levels has been improved: “the training of engineering and technical personnel and scientists” - “the creation of innovative technologies” - “the production of innovative products”. The development of public-private partnership in Ukraine and the world has been studied. The guidelines for assessing the feasibility of creating a public-private partnership in the innovation and investment sphere are formed. The economic and organizational support has been developed for the formation of a public-private partnership in the innovation and investment sphere, and methodological recommendations have been improved on the development of a road-map for introducing this form of interaction between government and business.
