Koliesnichenko A. State regulation of relations between the subjects of the electricity market

The essence of the definition of “state regulation of the subjects of the electric power market” is theoretically grounded; its connections are defined in the structure of the conceptual apparatus of the research. The theoretical basis of state regulation of the subjects of the electric power market has been developed on the basis of highlighting the principles and provisions of institutional theory, goals and objectives of state regulation and identifying structural features, parameters of functioning and development of the national energy market. The state and structure of the national energy market of Ukraine are analyzed, the trends of its development and key factors that influence the peculiarities of state regulation of its subjects are determined. The genesis of the institutional framework for the state regulation development of the electric power market in the national economy has been studied, and a methodical approach has been proposed to replicate foreign experience in its reformation. The structure and parameters of the organizational and economic tools formation of state regulation relations between the electricity market in Ukraine are determined. A scenario approach has been developed to identify the trends in the parameters of the functioning of electricity markets when introducing measures to reform its state regulation.
