The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the Ukrainian legislation and the generalization of international and foreign lawful regulation experience (for example, the Republic of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, the Republic of Georgia and Moldova) in order to determine the essence, concept, content and peculiarities of the public-legal mechanism of combating corruption in Ukraine, as well as outline ways his improvement. The importance of counteracting corruption as a special object of administrative and legal protection is emphasized.
