The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical, legal and applied problems of submission, consideration and decision on the merits petitions of participants in criminal proceedings at the pre-trial stage investigation. The present state of scientific research of the institute is determined petitions in criminal proceedings, its essence and meaning are revealed; general terms for filing, reviewing and solving queries at the stage of pre-trial investigation; the procedure for submission was outlined, consideration and resolution petitions on conducting investigative (search) actions, secret investigative (wanted) actions, application measures for ensuring criminal proceedings, preventive measures; the procedural procedure for submission, consideration and resolution is described other types of petitions at the stage of pre-trial investigation.
