In this thesis we analyze the topical issues of the carve-up of assets of collective agricultural enterprises. Analyzed and defined the concept of property share, property unit signs, the notion of the carve-up of property, signs the carve-up of property, the principles of the carve-up of property functions division of property, the Genesis of the legislation in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, the issue of court disputes over property shares to collective agricultural enterprise. Defines the features of legal relations in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, the concept of legal relations in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, characteristics of legal relations in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, the concept of legal subjects in the field of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises, the concept of objects of legal relations in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises, the contents of the legal personality in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises, the classification of litigations regarding property shares to collective agricultural enterprises, responsibility for violation of legislation in the sphere of property sharing mechanism of collective agricultural enterprises.
