Kytsenko O. Legal Regulation of State Financial Recourse of Forestry in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of legal support of state financial support of forestry in Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical scientific achievements of leading scientists regarding budget financing and general and simplified systems of taxation of forest users; the legal norms of domestic and foreign legislative and sub-normative legal acts on state regulation of financial support of forestry, the need to improve the norms of the current legislation and bring it in line with international standards, in terms of reducing the level of tax burden and priority financing of forestry needs. Other conclusions and suggestions on directions and ways of effective implementation of state financial (budget and tax) support of forestry in Ukraine are also formulated.
