Cherednyk A. Ensuring the efficiency of industrial enterprises development based on the choice of organization form of venture business.

The thesis is devoted to the decision of the actual scientific and practical task of the development of theoretical positions, methodological support and practical recommendations for ensuring the efficiency of industrial enterprises development based on the choice of organization form of venture business. The dissertation substantiates that venture business is a complex phenomenon, based on the synthesis of approaches: the understanding of venture business as an entrepreneurial activity and as the financing of innovation development of the company. It was suggested venture business should be understood as the entrepreneurial activity, within which there is the infusion of risky investments into the innovative development of industrial enterprise of a high–tech industry and which that is prone to positive changes. In order of implementation of venture financing into activity of domestic industrial enterprises, the technology of ensuring the efficiency of industrial enterprises development based on the choice of organization form of venture business was proposed in the dissertation. The technology was based on four basic processes: the assessment of the effectiveness of the machine–building enterprise development based on methodological approach; the analysis of the innovative component of company functioning; the definition of priority directions of enterprise development; the development of methodical recommendations for machine–building enterprises based on the choice of organization form of venture business. Based on the study of the approaches presented in the scientific papers devoted to the assessment of the effectiveness of the enterprise development, there was proposed the theoretical support, according to which to assess the effectiveness of the company's development should be done in four directions: efficiency of production, efficiency of client share, efficiency of personnel and efficiency of financial activity of the enterprise. Theoretical studies in the field of the efficiency of machine–building enterprises showed that the analysis of the innovative component is a share of their competitiveness. In the subject field of the current study under the innovation component was the presence of innovative indicators in machine–building enterprises. The calculation of the innovation indicator revealed the direction of further development of the enterprise. In order to ensure the effective involvement of organization form of venture business for the development of industrial enterprises, the author substantiated the process, which describes the movement of cash and information flows that are result of venture business. The expediency of financing the venture unit at the expense of own funds using the PATTERN method is substantiated. Methodological approach to assessing venture risk was grounded, it predicts the potential risks of a venture project. It enables a reasonable comparison of expected revenues and probable losses with the volume of planned investments for a specified period of time. The proposed approach, was based on the main elements of the quantitative assessment, it allows to determine the amount of possible losses at each stage of the development and implementation of the venture project in the optimistic, most probable and pessimistic scenario of the development of the venture project taking into account the influence of the time factor. The process of forecasting the efficiency of industrial enterprises development based on the choice of organization form of venture business was proposed. The taxonomic indicator of the efficiency of the development of the machine–building enterprise was justified within the framework of the process and a correlation–regression model based on the components of the developmental efficiency and the taxonomic indicator. Based on the calculations of the efficiency of venture projects, the predicted taxonomic index was calculated on the basis of the proposed correlation–regression model. It was to prove that the implementation of the venture project in the activity of machine–building enterprises is effective, since the taxonomic index of the efficiency of the development of machine–building enterprises has increased. The practical value of the results obtained that the proposed scientific and practical developments can be used by industrial, in particular, machine–building enterprises, in the process of choice of organization form of venture business for their development. The practical use of substantiated and developed methodological approaches and processes is appropriate in developing and attracting venture business in industrial, including engineering, enterprises.
