Bezgina O. Organizational and economic support to energy efficiency increase at the coal-mining enterprise

The object of research is the process of managing the increase of energy efficiency of the coal mining enterprise. The purpose of the research is deepening of the theoretical principles, developing of methodological provisions and developing of scientific and applied recommendations for improving organizational and economic support for increasing energy efficiency of coal mining enterprises. The methods of research are: analysis and synthesis; systematization; statistical analysis and logical methods; hierarchical method; coefficient analysis, method of estimating money in time; abstract-logical method, structural decomposition; system, process and project approach, method of strategic analysis; method of expert assessments, method of decision-making criteria in conditions of uncertainty; method of logical generalization. The scientific novelty consists in deepening of the theoretical and methodical principles of the formation and use of the organizational and economic support tools for increasing the energy efficiency of the coal mining enterprise. The system of indicators of energy efficiency on the basis of the hierarchical methodology adapted to coal mining enterprises by the International Energy Association; methodical approach to assessing the energy efficiency potential of coal mining enterprises; the organizational and economic support tool for managing energy efficiency projects for coal mining enterprises; informational support of implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency of coal mining enterprise have been improved. The content of the concept of "potential of energy efficiency of the enterprise" as a set of opportunities of a particular enterprise, aimed at achieving strategic and tactical goals of enterprise development in the area of improving energy efficiency; grouping approaches and measures to ensure energy efficiency increase for coal mining enterprises; analytical provision for determining the preconditions for the successful implementation of energy efficiency projects at coal mining enterprises of Ukraine; methodical principles of risk management of project management enhancement of energy supply of coal mining enterprises have been further development.
