Bondarenko Y. Mechanism of state administration of investing in recreational sphere

The object of the research is the processes of state administration of investment in the recreational sphere. The purpose of the study is theoretical synthesis and development of scientific, methodological and practical recommendations aimed at the effective development of the recreational sphere on the basis of the formation and improvement of the mechanism of state administration of investments. The author uses the methods: generalization, comparison, systematization, abstract-logical, system-structural, statistical analysis, graphical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, fundamental postulates of the theory of institutionalism, positions of general economic theory, market economy. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation work refers to the theoretical approach to solve the scientific problem of improving theoretical and methodological principles and to substantiate practical recommendations for the formation of an effective mechanism of state management aimed at intensifying investment in the recreational sphere. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time the matrix of strategic management of the recreational sphere of Ukraine by its regions was developed, taking into account their recreational potential and investment inflows; a comprehensive model of activation of investment processes in the formation of a recreational-tourist product-service, taking into account the existing recreational potential of the territory and features of consumer behavior, was improved; a mechanism of public administration of investment in the recreational sphere, organizational and economic approaches to the formation of strategic directions for the development of recreational sector organizations were improved; the interpretation of the concepts of "investment", "the mechanism of state administration of investment", "recreation", "recreational and tourist product-service" were developed; theoretical and scientific approaches to the definition of "organization of recreational sphere" were generalized and systematized. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and improvement of the mechanism of public investment management in the recreational sphere of Ukraine in conditions of instability of the market environment. The author's recommendations are used to improve the mechanism of іstate administration of investment in the recreational sphere and the formation of institutional conditions for its activation and increase of its efficiency as one of the important strategic components of the successful functioning of the country's economy. The sphere of use of author's recommendations is the recreational sphere of Ukraine.
