Essay

The dissertation is aimed to solve the scientific problem of development of effective methods for medical establishments calendar schedules automated construction and their multicriteria optimization with the help of fuzzy logic elements and genetic algorithms considering strict restrictions of medical institutions activities, wishes of patients and medical staff. For the first time, a method for the automatic construction of medical institutions schedules on the basis of the Mealy finite automaton was developed, which enables possibility to apply such plans as the basis for the further optimization. For the first time a method of multicriteria optimization of schedules by a genetic algorithm that use a production rules base constructed on the basis of the wishes of patients undergoing rehabilitation, which reduces the probability of occurrence of solutions in local extrema was developed. To improve the quality of multicriteria optimization, the production system of fuzzy logic has been improved by the use of a configurable program-algorithmic T-Controller in it. In order to increase the speed of constructing a reference set of schedules, the digital automaton was further developed on the basis of the abstract model of the Mealy for the tasks of constructing rehabilitation therapy schedules.
