Shurashkevich V. Investigation of deliberate damage inflicted to electric power objects

This is the first monographic research of theoretical and practical issues determining the method of investigation of intentional damage inflicted to electric power objects in Ukraine. The most widespread methods of inflicting of intentional damage to electric power objects have been determined; their typification has been done. The circumstances to be proved during investigation have been specified, typical initial stage investigation situations have been outlined. The peculiarities of crime scene investigation, interrogations, searches and investigative experiment have been revealed; relevant recommendations for improvement of the investigator’s activity have been offered. The directions of use of special knowledge in these criminal proceedings have been studied; the relevant forms of such use have been emphasized.
