The dissertation is devoted to the study of indicators of lipid and fatty acid spectrum and the possibilities of their correction, depending on on the altitude of residence considering the trophological status and the presence of comorbidities. According to the results of the survey of 296 patients it was identified age, gender and trophological differences in lipid profile and pool of fatty acids in plain and mountain dwellers. It was found peculiarities of the fatty acid composition of blood plasma in subjects with obesity without clinical manifestations of CHD and in patients with stable CHD in comparison with STEMI patients and was identified probable predictors of development of coronary blood flow disorders.
