Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of theoretical bases and the development of applied guidelines to improve the state regulation of innovative development of the healthcare sector in Ukraine. The economic essence is elucidated, structural and functional characteristics of the state regulation system of innovation development of the health sector, toolkit and regulatory actions are researched and systematized. The classification of innovations in the field of healthcare is made. The peculiarities of the formation of targeted programs, implementation of state regulation tools, strategic prospects of innovative development of the healthcare sector in Ukraine are highlighted. The scientific and methodological provisions concerning the formation of the state policy on the basis of the built neural network for prediction of indicators of healthcare financing, innovation activity, research and development work out of the state budget and the determination of the influence of macroeconomic indicators on innovative activity in the field of health protection are formulated. The priority directions of introduction of the newest technologies for solving of important social issues in Ukraine are determined. The logical model of the coordination of organizational and economic instruments and directions of state regulation of innovation development of the healthcare sector is proposed. The structural-logical model of strategic management of innovative development of the healthcare sector is developed. The recommendations for the transition to an innovative way of development of medicine in Ukraine are substantiated.
