Shevchenko A. Investigation of hooliganism committed during the electoral process in Ukraine

The dissertation on the monographic level investigates the theoretical and practical features of forensic provision of the investigation of hooliganism committed during the electoral process in Ukraine. On the basis of the system analysis, the approach to constructing the forensic characteristics of hooliganism of the investigated species is substantiated, according to which the following elements are distinguished in its structure: the method of committing a crime, the object of a criminal offense, the circumstances of the crime, the trace of the crime, the person of the victim, the person of the offender. The author emphasizes the fact that the identified components in aggregate form a specific model of socially dangerous act.
