In the thesis on the monographic level the theoretical and practical features of organizational and tactical support for fraud investigations in the field of provision of tourist services are researched, as well as the elements of the forensic characterization of the crimes of this category are outlined and characterized. The forensic analysis of the tourism sector’s activity has been carried out, as a result of which an assessment was made of the main factors influencing the level of fraudulent manifestations and determine the conditions favorable for all kinds of abuse by the subjects of tourism activity.
