The dissertation is devoted to the development of process to improve of loop-forming parts mechanisms of BKM to the level of kinetostatic indices of hinged-lever mechanisms in view of technological thread, as well as engineering methods of designing tooth-lever mechanisms of BKM loop-forming parts, which will provide improving products, increase the degree of use of universal equipment. Analysis of mechanism of loop-forming parts of BKM has been done; area of their improvement on the basis of a tooth-lever planetary mechanism has been established; peculiarities of tooth-lever mechanisms and methods of their design have been discussed. Kinematic schemes of single-stage tooth-lever planetary mechanisms of BKM slot needles have been analyzed. Experimental and theoretical research of a possibility to balance inertial masses of universal single-stage tooth-lever mechanisms has been done. Technological thread load on slot needles in the process of loop formation has been defined with the help of photometry method. A cycle of contrastive experimental and numerical studies of driven hinged-lever mechanisms and improved tooth-lever mechanisms of BKM loop-forming parts has been administered.
