Sukhodubov V. Fundamentals of the methodology for investigating murders associated with the alienation of citizens' homes.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of criminalistic characteristics and determination of organizational and tactical principles for investigation of homicide executions. During the study, signs were identified and the author's definition of the type of murder was given. The structure of forensic characteristics of homicides committed with the purpose of alienation of housing is analyzed. The typing of investigative situations in the process of investigating murders committed with a view to alienating housing. The typical investigative versions were determined in the presence of minimal primary data and a system of typical criminalistic versions was developed taking into account certain criminalistic information. The system of interaction within the framework of the investigation of murders is distinguished, the forms and subjects of such interaction are defined. A typical complex of the most effective investigative (search) actions and forensic examinations in the investigation of assassinations made for the purpose of alienation of habitation was formed. Two levels of intermediate (local) tactical tasks are developed and tactical operations aimed at their solution are proposed.
