The theoretical foundations, methodological and practical aspects regarding the management system of the business processes innovative development at the engineering enterprises in integrated value chains are described. The theoretical generalization and the varieties of business processes in the management of innovative development of mechanical engineering enterprises included in integrated cost chains are carried out. It has been set out he principles of the value-oriented approach to the assessment of the innovative business processes impact on the management of the integrated cost chains development, which is based on the idea of maximizing value and accumulation of value at each stage of analytical evaluation in the key areas: enterprise development, production development, management development and continuous management , processing of information data and executive discipline, information technology development, personnel development, development of relationships, development current marketing, logistics development, service innovation. An algorithm was developed for evaluating the impact of innovative business processes on the integrated value chains development, which involves a combination of an integrated assessment of the business process implementation level, economic and mathematical modeling of the production factors influence, profit forecasting to determine the type of economic growth of the chain and taxonomic assessment of the business processes groups according to the vectors of their development in accordance with the indicative model and hierarchy model of the innovative business strategy formation. Based on a systematic analysis of the basic theoretical positions, it was established that the purpose of forming integrated value chains of engineering enterprises is to transform primary resources into a final consumer product and indicated that the basis of integration is the interrelation of production factors and innovative business processes affecting the performance of all involved enterprises in shaping value added – from the component manufacturer to market entry of products, followed by servicing. According to the results of the conducted analytical assessment it is established that the defined type of economic growth of the integrated value chain and the projected net income is a prerequisite for competitive advantages for constructing a simulation model of the core of the integrated cost chains with a view to transforming them into cluster associations in the context of business processes managing the innovative development of the engineering enterprises.
