Shevchenko O. Mechanism of Energy Saving Management in the System of Institutions of Higher Education

A conceptual approach to develop the mechanism of energy saving in the system of institutions of higher education has been developed. The methodical approach to the formation of the mechanism of energy saving in the system of institutions of higher education has been developed, which involves improving the assessment of energy saving management in the system of institutions of higher education. The use of positioning with the use of a dualistic model for the coordination of assessments is proposed, which is implemented by constructing matrixes for positioning the results of evaluating the effectiveness of energy saving management in the system of higher educational integral group indicators and components and interpretation by using the graphical method.
