Object of research: processes of integrated estimation and forecasting of investment attractiveness of the enterprise under recessional conditions. Purpose: to substantiate the scientific-theoretical and practical aspects of the integrated assessment and forecasting of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise under recessional conditions. Methods: inductive and deductive, analysis and synthesis, graphical, statistical, comparison, situational and system analysis, logical. Novelty: for the first time, methodological approaches to the economic appraisal of investment attractiveness with use benchmarking have been proposed based on the analysis of the expectations of the recipients and the strategic intentions of investors regarding the further development of the investment of small enterprises and will increase the efficiency of their functioning, will ensure optimization of costs in case of improving the quality of services; the model for the formation and determination of the effectiveness of the functioning of industrial parks, the structural components of raising the level of investment attractiveness of hotel enterprises with the use of innovation activity has been improved. Scope of use: in the activity of LLC "ESEM Media Ukraine" in forming the stages of economic appraisal of investment attractiveness with the use of benchmarking, "Bookstore "Ye" Ltd for implementation of the model of increasing the investment attractiveness of small enterprises at the macro level, the hotel-restaurant complex" Argo" in the practical use of forms private-public partnership, in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law during the teaching of the disciplines "Macroeconomics", "Microeconomics", "Economy of the enterprises", "Investing".
