Korchynskyi O. Legal principles of organization of administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the functioning of system of administrative courts in Ukraine, directions of improving their activity and interaction with other state authorities. Genesis of formation and development of administrative proceedings was analyzed. The activity of administrative courts in foreign countries was studied and positive experience of developed countries suggested to be implemented in Ukraine was singled out. Special attention was paid to the nature of jurisdiction activity of administrative courts and system of principles of proceeding conducted by administrative courts. Number of deficiencies in the functioning of system of administrative courts in Ukraine was justified and proposals to overcome them were formulated. Directions of improving activity of administrative courts in the system of state authorities of Ukraine were showed systematically and a concept of reforming the entire level of administrative legal proceedings was developed.
