Starozhilov V. Legal principles of functioning of agricultural enterprises.

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of the legal principles of the functioning of agricultural enterprises. The design of "organizational and managerial legal relations in agricultural enterprises" is described, the principles of legal regulation of formation and functioning of agricultural enterprises are considered, the legal and regulatory framework of functioning of the system of these bodies is outlined. Particular attention is paid to the study of the legal basis for the functioning of various types of agricultural enterprises. The legal status of the higher bodies of management in agricultural enterprises is analyzed, the specifics of the legal provision of the functioning of executive and control-audit bodies in this system are highlighted. As a result of the study, a number of proposals for improving the current legislation were substantiated, in particular regarding the requirements that are proposed to be established with regard to persons involved in the functioning of agricultural enterprises.
