The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the essence of the prosecutor's office and the supervision of the prosecutor's office for the activities of the National Police in the field of public order and public security, the administrative and legal nature of such supervision and its regulation. Proposals on amendments and additions to legislative and other normative acts are presented, in order to increase the efficiency of the prosecutor's oversight of the activities of the National Police in the field of public order and public security in Ukraine.
