Marchuk L. Scientific and methodological principles of regulation of economic safety of agrarian production in Ukraine

In the dissertation work the theoretical generalization and proposed directions of the decision of an important scientific and practical task concerning the formation and implementation of the regulatory policy of economic safety of agrarian production in Ukraine have been made. As a result of the conducted researches, it is proposed to consider the economic safety of agrarian production as a condition of its functioning, which is provided by a complex of organizational-institutional, normative-legal, technical-technological and innovation-investment measures. The key institutional determinants of economic security regulation of agrarian production, which form a system, the effectiveness of which depends on the implementation of their respective functions, focused on the regulation of the economic security of agricultural production, are highlighted. The list of institutional factors (economic, ecological, social, technical and technological) and components of regulation of economic safety of agrarian production is presented. In order to determine the impact of factors on ensuring the economic security of agricultural production PESTE-analysis was carried out. The scientific-theoretical approach to the formation of a strategy for ensuring the economic security of the agrarian sector on the basis of innovative development is proposed.
