Dissertation for the degree of a candidate of medical sciences in specialty 14.01.22 - dentistry. - State Higher Educational Institution "Uzhgorod National University", Uzhhorod, 2019. The thesis contains a new approach to improving the complex orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with complete adentia constructs of complete removable dentures based on intraosseous titanium dental implants by individualizing the stages of treatment and expert assessment of quality of life, depending on changes in dental status. A model of mathematical modeling of the functional state of removable structures based on intraosseous titanium implants, taking into account the initial parameters of bone crest atrophy, quality of bone tissue and occlusally-associated changes in the activity of chewing muscles, has been developed, contributes to the improvement of the quality of complex rehabilitation of patients with complete adenia for 32,6-48 , 4% (p <0.05).
