Vyshnevskyi M. Administrative and legal regulation of the court apparatus activity in Ukraine

The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific task of administrative and legal regulation of the court apparatus in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis, the scientific positions and conclusions suggested personally by the applicant are formulated. The place of the court apparatus in the structure of the judicial institution is disclosed, its essence is described on the terminological side, as well as the peculiarities of realization by the employees of the court apparatus of their duties are determined. The content, the essence and general principles of administrative-legal regulation of the activity of the court apparatus in Ukraine are described. The importance and role of public administration actors in the analyzed area was clarified, definitions were formulated, classification was made and examples of forms and methods of their administrative activity during the implementation of the administrative and legal regulation of the court apparatus activity in Ukraine were presented. Separate features of the settlement of procedural aspects of the court apparatus are disclosed. A scientific generalization of international principles and foreign experience in the implementation of administrative and legal regulation of the court apparatus activity is carried out.
