The following was established: gradual development of HIV/EPTB co-infection with periodic fever, asymmetrical enlargement of peripheral and internal lymph nodes, sweating, significant body weight loss, anemia, thrombocytopenia, significantly increased ESR, hypoalbuminemia. Analysis of dynamics of CD4-lymphocyte levels within 1 year prior to EPTB diagnosis and within 2 next years was performed.
