The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the issues of legal securement and realization of legal status of subjects of collective labour relations. The author defines the notion of collective labour relations; determines the circle of subjects of these relations; singles out the legislative conditions of legal subjectivity. Theoretical implications on the legal features of legal status of subjects of collective labour relations are generalized. Based upon this generalizations the author characterizes the employer, organizations of employers (their associations) as the subjects of collective labour relations; fins out the legal status of trade unions in these legal relations; reveals the peculiarities of actual legal status of staff of employees; characterizes the subjects that participate in the process of collective labour disputes solution
