Kitsul S. Public administration of the gas-extracting industry in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of the main principles of the implementation of public administration of the Ukrainian gas industry. The concept has been formed, the boundaries have been described and the objects of public administration of the gas-extracting industry of Ukraine have been described. With the help of systemic, formal-dogmatic and logical analysis the sources of administrative law of the analyzed branch are described. The system of the subject structure of the public administration of the gas-extraction industry is determined and the principles of implementation of its public administration in Ukraine are revealed. The forms and methods of administrative activity used by the public administration during the implementation of the public administration of the gas industry of Ukraine are described and described, as well as the legal nature of the administrative services provided in this area is described. The international and foreign peculiarities of the public administration administration of the gas extraction industry are explored and summarized on the example of the Federal Republic of Germany and the USA. Proposed changes and additions to the current legislation on increasing the efficiency of public administration of the Ukrainian gas industry.
