Mamontova O. Legal principles for reversing the burden of proof in administrative legal proceedings

This dissertation is dedicated to the complex study of theoretical, regulatory and applied aspects of the reversal of the burden of proof in administrative legal proceedings. The author analyses the level of scientific development of the problematics of the reversal of the burden of proof in administrative legal proceedings, and determines general group features of the reversal of the burden of proof, its correlation with the proof, argumentation and legal recognition, sets the actual, subjective and substantial universality of the reversal of the burden of proof that is performed for the procedural sake and manifests as a standalone procedural action (with an enforcement specialisation and direct procedural recording of each case of «reversal»).
