Ushchapovska O. Planning in the land law of Ukraine.

The thesis contains a comprehensive scientific study of the legal nature of planning in the theory of land law of Ukraine, as well as the evolution, state, trends of legislative support for planning in the field of land use and protection in Ukraine. In this work the concepts, objects, subjects, content, forms of land planning in the mechanism of legal regulation of land relations are revealed, its place and role in the system of institutional and functional provision of land use and protection is determined. The conclusion is made on the necessity of consolidation in the land legislation of a new legal model of planning in land law, according to which the documentation of the state planning of the use and protection of land and strategic development of the territories of cities, urban agglomerations, subregions, OTG is developed and approved in accordance with the Strategic Plans for Territorial Development and Improvement the specificities of the territorial communities in view of the peculiarities of the functional use of land in order to create conditions for sustainable development of territories. It is proposed to develop and adopt a law "On Land Planning".
