Essay

In the dissertation work the definition has been formulated, the content and groups of signs of misconduct have been clarified. The essence has been determined, features of proceedings in cases of misdemeanor have been characterized. They has been classified depending on the volume of procedural authority of the subjects of public authority. The development of legal regulation in the field of administrative and jurisdictional activity has been considered, and an appropriate periodization has been proposed.
