Pokhylenko N. Organization of the system of agricultural advisory services in Ukraine.

The conceptual approach to the formation of the national system of agricultural advisory services in Ukraine, which will be developed locally, was substantiated. The national organizational structure of the formation of the system of agricultural advisory services according to a mixed model was proposed, in which the state component should be a central connecting element. The expediency of creating of such system on the basis of the institutions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine in the context of using ascending forms of partnerships according to the paradigm of “promoting the expansion of abilities (of farmer)” was proved. The organizational structure, functions, personnel, material and technical support of the each institutional components of national system of agricultural advisory services was justified.
