Boryshkevych I. Mechanism of formation and implementation of the strategy of development of agricultural enterprises

The dissertation deals with theoretical and methodological aspects of the development strategy, practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of a strategy for the development of agricultural enterprises have been developed. The classification scheme of various types of strategies has been improved by supplementing the latter with new species, depending on the status of the agricultural enterprise entering the market. A thorough analysis of the factors of influence creating positive or negative preconditions for the formation and implementation of the development strategy is carried out. The peculiarities of implementation of strategic management at agricultural enterprises of Ivano-Frankivsk region are investigated. A comprehensive strategic analysis of the prospects of agricultural enterprises development was conducted. The mechanism of strategic planning on an agricultural enterprise is developed, which consists of three successive stages: the definition of the level of strategic capacity of the agricultural enterprise with the help of the developed balanced system of economic indicators; conducting strategic analysis, using appropriate specified tools; construction of the strategy of further development of the enterprise using special methods. A typical strategy for the development of agricultural enterprises based on the Hoshin Kanri method is developed.
